I’m sure that you have seen those packs of meat – 50 chicken wings or the whole chicken, and they cost really cheap with a large quantity.  You might think, “it’s only for the party full of people ”. Actually, it can be only for you if you like saving money.

Not only is produce cheaper when it is in the season it is also better.  Some veggies, like lettuce and tomatoes, don’t really have a season. In contrast, other types of veggies will always be lower priced in season.

Your Keto recipes need to include high-quality veggies. If you have never gone to local farm markets, do it! You can buy in-season produce directly from the farm. And if you have kids, please take them along!  It is so good for them to see where food actually comes from, and talk to the people that are growing the food you eat.
